Sipling（飲酒・水分の記録アプリ）／ 最終更新日：2026年7月31日
記録は端末の中に保存されます。氏名・電話番号は一切集めません。グループ機能を使った場合にかぎり、レースと対戦に必要な「日ごとの合計」だけがサーバーに保存され、同じグループの人にだけ見えます。Googleアカウントを紐づけた場合にかぎり、メールアドレスを預かります（引き継ぎのためだけに使い、他の用途には使いません）。何をいつ飲んだかの明細が送信されることはありません。
1. 保存される情報と保存場所
飲んだもの・量・度数・時刻、水分量、目標設定、バッジ、キャラクター、図鑑、対戦結果は、ブラウザの保存領域（localStorage）に保存されます。保存先はお使いの端末の中です。
2. サーバーへ送信される情報
グループをつくる、または招待コードで参加した場合にかぎり、以下の情報がサーバー（Supabase）に保存されます。グループを使わない場合、このアプリは一切通信しません。
- 日ごとの合計：日付、水分の合計（ml）、純アルコールの合計（g）、その日の記録件数。直近90日ぶん
- スタンプ：誰が・誰の・いつの・どの出来事に・どのスタンプを押したか。文章は保存しません（アプリに文章を入力する欄がなく、決められたスタンプ以外はサーバー側でも受け付けません）
- 位置情報：気温表示を「使わない」以外にした場合にかぎり、気温を調べるために Open-Meteo へ座標を送ります。座標は小数1桁（約11km四方）に丸めてから送るので、正確な居場所は分かりません。Siplingのサーバーには送らず、保存もしません。既定では気温表示はオフです
- 表示名：あなたがアプリ内で設定した名前。本名でなくてかまいません
- 獲得したバッジと装備の選択：対戦の能力値計算に使います
- グループ名と招待コード、参加者の一覧
- 匿名ID：端末ごとに自動で発行される識別子（UUID）。既定ではメールアドレスやパスワードの登録はありません
- メールアドレス：あなたが「Googleアカウントを紐づける」を選んだ場合にかぎり保存されます。端末を移すときや、端末を失ったときに同じ記録へ戻るための本人確認だけに使います。広告・宣伝・分析には使わず、第三者にも渡しません。紐づけないかぎり保存されません。取得するのはメールアドレスとプロフィールの基本情報のみで、Gmailの中身や連絡先などには一切アクセスしません
送信されないもの：何をいつ飲んだかの明細、身長・体重・性別、目標設定、氏名、電話番号、位置情報、端末情報、閲覧履歴。メールアドレスは、Googleアカウントを紐づけた場合にのみ保存されます。
3. 誰が見られるか
上記の情報は、同じグループに参加している人にだけ表示されます。データベース側の行レベルセキュリティで制限しており、グループに参加していない人からは、あなたのデータもグループの存在自体も見えません。他人があなたの記録を書き換えることもできません。
4. Cookie・解析・広告
Cookieは使用していません。アクセス解析ツール、広告、トラッキングツールも一切使用していません。
5. 第三者への提供
データの保管にはSupabase（データベースサービス）を利用しています。それ以外の第三者に情報を提供・販売することはありません。
6. グループから抜けたとき・アカウントの削除
グループから抜けると、そのグループの人からあなたのデータは見えなくなります。
サーバーに預けているものをすべて消したいときは、アプリ内の「設定 → アカウント → アカウントを削除」から、ご自身で削除できます。連絡や手続きは要りません。
- 消えるもの：表示する名前・バッジ・装備・参加しているグループ・日ごとの合計・押したスタンプ、およびアカウントそのもの（紐づけたメールアドレスを含む）
- あなたが作ったグループは、いちばん早く入った方に引き継がれます。ほかに誰もいないグループは削除されます
- 端末内の記録は削除されません（何をいつ飲んだかは、もともとサーバーへ送っていないためです）。あわせて消す場合は「設定 → すべての記録を削除」をご利用ください
- 削除は取り消せません。開発者が復元することもできません
7. Apple ヘルスケアとの連携について
設定画面から「今日の分をヘルスケアに送る」を利用した場合のみ、その日の合計値（水分量・純アルコール量）が、お使いのiPhone上のショートカットアプリへ渡されます。これは端末内での受け渡しであり、開発者や外部サーバーがその値を受け取ることはありません。ヘルスケアに保存された情報を、このアプリが読み取ることもありません。
8. 端末内の記録の削除
- アプリ内の「設定 → すべての記録を削除」から削除できます。
- ブラウザの設定でこのサイトのデータを消すことでも削除されます。
- いずれの場合も、削除した記録を開発者が復元することはできません。バックアップが必要な場合は「設定 → バックアップを書き出す」をご利用ください。
9. 匿名IDと引き継ぎについて
グループ機能では、既定でメールアドレスやパスワードの登録を求めません。かわりに端末ごとの匿名IDを使います。このためブラウザのデータを消去したり別の端末で開くと別人として扱われます。端末を移すときは、次のいずれかの方法をご利用ください。
- 引き継ぎコード：アプリで8文字のコードを発行し、新しい端末で入力します。アカウント登録は不要です。コードは30日で失効し、1回使うと無効になります。引き継ぐと古い端末はグループから外れます
- GoogleまたはAppleでのサインイン：一度サインインしておくと、新しい端末で同じように続けるだけで元に戻れます。端末を失った場合でも復旧できます。この場合にかぎりメールアドレスを保存します。Appleの「メールを非公開」を選ばれた場合は、Appleが発行する転送用のアドレス（
@privaterelay.appleid.com）を保存し、本当のアドレスは開発者には分かりません
どちらの方法でも、何をいつ飲んだかの明細は端末内に残るため、あわせて「設定 → バックアップを書き出す／読み込む」で移してください。
10. 健康に関する注意
このアプリが表示する目標値や判定は一般的な目安であり、医療上の助言ではありません。飲酒量や健康状態についての判断は、必要に応じて医療機関にご相談ください。

Privacy Policy

Your records are stored on your device. No name or phone number is ever collected. Only if you use a group are your daily totals stored on a server, visible only to members of that group. Only if you link a Google account is your email address stored — used solely to move between devices. What you drank and when is never transmitted.
What is stored on your device
Drink entries, amounts, ABV, timestamps, fluid intake, goals, badges, characters, dex and battle results are saved in your browser's local storage.
What is sent to the server
Only if you create or join a group. Without a group the app makes no network requests at all.
- Daily totals: date, total fluids (ml), total pure alcohol (g), number of entries. Last 90 days
- Stamps: who sent which stamp, to whom, for which day and which event. No text is stored — the app has no free-text field, and the server rejects anything outside the fixed set of stamps
- Location: only if you turn the temperature display on, coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo to look up the weather. They are rounded to one decimal place (about 11km) first, so they cannot identify where you are. They are never sent to Sipling's server and are not stored. Temperature is off by default
- Display name you chose in the app — it does not have to be your real name
- Earned badges and equipped gear, used to calculate battle stats
- Group name, invite code and member list
- An anonymous ID (UUID) generated per device. No email or password is required by default
- Your email address — only if you choose to link a Google account. It is used solely to identify you when moving to a new device or recovering a lost one. Never used for ads, marketing or analytics, and never shared. Only the email address and basic profile are requested; the app has no access to Gmail contents or contacts
Never sent: individual drink entries, height/weight/sex, your goal settings, name, phone number, location, device information or browsing history. Your email address is stored only if you link a Google account.
Who can see it
Only people in the same group. Row-level security in the database enforces this: non-members cannot see your data or even that the group exists, and nobody else can modify your records.
Cookies, analytics, ads
None are used.
Third parties
Supabase is used to host the database. No information is sold or shared with anyone else.
Anonymous IDs and moving devices
By default there is no account, so clearing your browser data or opening the app on another device makes you a new person. To move devices, either generate an 8-character transfer code (no account needed; expires in 30 days, single use) or sign in with Google or Apple and sign in again on the new device. Signing in is the only case where an email address is stored; if you chose Apple's Hide My Email, what is stored is the forwarding address Apple issues (@privaterelay.appleid.com), and your real address is not known to the developer. Your drink log lives on the device, so also use "Settings → Export / Import a backup".
Apple Health
Only when you tap "Send today to Health" are that day's totals passed to the Shortcuts app on your own iPhone. This happens entirely on your device; neither the developer nor any server receives those values. The app cannot read data back from Health.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. No request or contact is needed.
- What is erased: your display name, badges, equipment, the groups you are in, your daily totals, the stamps you gave, and the account itself (including a linked email address)
- Groups you created are handed to whoever joined first. A group with no one else in it is removed
- Records on your device are not deleted, because what you drank and when was never sent to our server
- Deletion cannot be undone, and the developer cannot restore it
Deleting your records
Use "Settings → Delete all records", or clear this site's data in your browser. Deleted records cannot be recovered by the developer. Use "Settings → Export a backup" first if you want to keep them.
